NBEA Chapter Retreat
Have you felt the need or desire to reconnect with your friends and colleagues in the North Bay Chapter?
Our Chapter has traditionally gathered in a retreat format to review our recent history, set a course for the next year, and provide guidance for years to follow. Many in our Chapter are feeling a need to connect and re-connect with each other, even though we cannot meet in person.
So for 2021, we are tweaking the format of the NBEA Chapter Retreat to meet on Zoom and discuss where we want to go as a Chapter. There will be two overall priorities to the retreat, but something may come up that we want to discuss as well. Here are the priorities so far,
- How do we reach out to members and make sure that NBEA is being of service to our membership?
- What course do we need to set for the upcoming 12 months?
This is the opportunity for each chapter member to interact with your professional peers and to influence the chapter plans so that NBEA can best meet your needs. We hope you can attend and look forward to seeing you.
